We support in conducting monthly Cost Forecasting using time phased budget approach with all relevant stakeholders and establishing cost database for efficient cost management.</p> <p>We can publish Cost status S-Curve, Variance Analysis, and present high-level updates to Senior Management. We conduct cost-benefit analysis, NPV, ROI, variance analysis, Earned Value indices (<em>SPI, CPI, SV, CV, ETC, EAC</em>) for dashboard per EIA-748 EVMS guidelines. We can spearhead a wide range of best practice implementation for effective budgeting, forecasting, monitoring for major capital projects along with project operations, including contractor meeting, project scope, and technical support to the proponent advisories for project momentum.</p> <p>We can assist in integrating CBS and WBS for effective project controls.&nbsp; We help our customers to actively participate in developing Change Proposals, Time Impact Analysis and Contractual Letters. We can setup Change Order Management Process and conduct Change Control Board (CCB) Meeting and prepare Project Change Notices (PCN) &amp; Change Log.</p>
