Schedule Management

<p>We develop EPC project baseline schedule using Primavera P6 (aligned with Cost Control Accounts) and conduct bi-weekly progress review meeting for Schedule Variance and Critical Path analysis. We publish summary level schedule reports in Primavera P6, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work authorizations, priority-based resource allocation, performance variances and to support cost/integration.</p> <p>We assist you with earned value analysis, variance analysis, time impact analysis, schedule acceleration, and evaluation of construction schedule architecture and resource loaded using budgeted manhours and cost for cash flow forecasting. Conducted Phase Gate reviews to decide on path forward.</p>
